This is a great video! A must see! The Jai-Alive Company has put together some great video footage of a typical Basque country partido. It has some excellent camera work with many different views of the players and court. The lighting is great and the music is awesome. This is a wonderful tribute to cesta punta. The cancha is immaculate. I love it!
Congratulations to Rekalde and Lopez for coming up with the big win after three weeks of outstanding jai-alai competition. Congratulations also to Goikoetxea and Irastorza who came in second only one point behind. Thank you to Master Jai, Dania Jai-alai, Miami Jai-alai and Orlando Jai-alai for bringing fans this exciting event. Hopefully it won’t be the last.
***On a side note, Congratulations to Barronio, who signed a two year contract with Master Jai. He will be playing for their company from May of this year through December of 2009 with an option to extend if he chooses to do so. He will be hopefully be returning to Orlando for the three month season from January through March in 2009.***

Teams and Point Standings Through Completion of 2nd Round Competition:
Aldazabal, Kellyaga and Benny in 2007 at Ft. Pierce Jai-alai. A clear example of how pictures are worth more than a thousand words!
Kellyaga,
To those who never had the pleasure of meeting you, I would describe you as a man of very few words but of many hats (berets, sombreros, etc…). Your time here was short but your impact on the lives you touched was and will always be tremendous. You radiated happiness and a love for the things you cherished most. You will always be remembered. Rest in peace my friend.
